Life is crumbling down for me bhais, a cry for help!

Nothing feels fun anymore. Everything looks dark and dim. I used to find joy in gaming, i dont anymore. Used to find joy in ragebaiting on discord. Doesnt feel fun anymore. I have let go of looksmaxxing because it dorsnt feel fin anymore.

I have lost everything close to me. Life feels shit.

How do i cope?

For me, watching movies is one that surprised me in how much I enjoy it after I also lost the fun in gaming

As long as you realise these feelings are temporary, and eventually you'll feel happy again, you'll be fine. Eventually, you'll find something that brings you joy again, don't force i,t just allow it to happen. Earlier this year, I was fucking miserable. Now I'm pretty happy, and most of it was just me continuing to live my life, hoping for a better future when it was never guaranteed. Try and be active and get out of your room and distract yourself, and work on something that will improve your life in the future. That's all there is to it, really. At least in my opinion.
