I was the biggest guy in my gym, lifted the most weight

I felt high T af.

I even shouted at and bullied some guy cos he tried to tell me off for turning his TV channel over to music

Was friends with everyone, everyone loved me

Then I switched gym to go to an mma gym with weights so I could learn mma and do weights

but that gym was way bigger

And I was like nowhere near the henchest guy in the gym anymore

Got mogged way more

And beat up in sparring cos everyone was just way better , even ufc fighters trained with us

Then my t levels and overall mood completely dropped

I went from peak top lobster serotonin levels

To prey victim serotonin levels

And it had an affect on my overall mood in daily life outside of the gym

Damn

I think the trick is to go to the biggest hardest gym then work your way up so your not building false confidence for when you go out in the real world

big fish in small pond, it happens. your mindset is wrong, there's always going to be someone bigger, better. That's no way to live life or measure success. as long as you yourself are improving and better than your previous self, that's what matters.

You're right, it should be about appreciating the small things in life
