For everybody. Just attractive people have many distractions that keep the existential questions until their elder age. If you get dejected by society and lied to enough you'll want to figure out why you life is like this, and then wonder why you, like if you were hitler or something in a previous life.
For me I know waking up magically as Chad would be exciting briefly and then back to depression with new slaying habits, and having a future family.
