For the vast majority of people, life is just about suffering, and even for all people, the inevitable death awaits us. All of this coping about religion, saying that "there is great harmony in this universe" and that God directs our fate, when that couldn't be further from the truth. No, we arent fine tuned for life and subhumans definitely aren't. Genetic determinism is all that matters and the universe as we know it owes us no meaning or happiness whatsoever.
Evolution is able to explain the complexity of the situation involving human life and its 100% a fact and anybody who denies this is coping. Genetic determinism is also all that matters when it comes to life and there is no hard working your way out of your genetics.
A common misconception is that losing weight will always make you look better, when in reality that's not the case. Losing weight or lowering bodyfat will only reveal your true ratios and emphasise your distinguishable facial features such as cheekbones, jawline, etc. Some people may have naturally worse ratios than first anticipated when they were covered in layers of fat. Of course, it's worth doing, as long as external factors don't stop you from achieving that, which are also genetically determined.
Remember, good genetics may help you get by in life, but that painful and miserable death awaits all of us. Time will also speed up as we age so make the most of it, if you have the chance of course...
Edit: oh, and also, if we miss out on youth, then we will never know what the sex that nature intended us to feel is actually like at its peak. Brootal.
