Yeah its permacoping in one way or another, although maybe not sub 8, but more like sub 7/10.
I found it very courageous how some italian guys told about their experience in Italy somewhere here on the forum. Its basically- sub 7/10 youre non existent in Italy. And even then, if youre 7/10 in looks you need to be everythingmaxxed like fashionmaxxed, hobbymaxxed, literaturemaxxed, careermaxxed, be almost an equivalent of a professional entertainer etc.
