life makes zero sense to me

i live a decent life and im fairly social, but ive had this one mental problem since i was 13:
Massive derealisation
once i was laying down in bed thinking about the universe and thought about how i was actually experiencing things. Then BOOM, something in my mind just snapped and i havent felt real since, this kinda made me depressed and theres definitely times when im there in the moment and I actually feel real.
does this make me a schizo or have any of u had this?

ive had moments of derealization since I was 10 years old. nowadays they are rare, i will simply exist until my organs fail

When I was a teenager I felt derealization looking in the mirror.

But it didn't evolve beyond that.

It seems like you loosened some screw.
