do you have any interests like programming or physics, maths or wahtever? if not then probably just fantasy, action whatever you like i feel like books are a great way to train a bit of creativity and just use your brain in general, i also like to daydream, because you have to like imagine how the scene looks like wich you are reading rn, as a kid i read a book series about cats for like 24books (300 pages per book) aswell as whole harry potter and lord of rings aswell as this one fantasy book i cant remember it rn but yeah, i should also get back into it tbh.

you shouldnt try to force yourself to hard to do something i used to do this and then i got realyl burned out recently because i used to study for like 10hrs+ on free days and under the week 8hrs work and studying in free time and i basically got like a crazy burn out, happened like a few months ago, but i still feel it tbh. I also feel like you should have like atleast a few hours per day where you are actualy doing nothing and just thinkin maybe walking or something but actually only thinking.
