Life Plan for 20-30 is it good

Hello fellow .org rotters,
Can you guys review my life plan, does it mog or not?
20-24, getting cs degree at uni while working part time.
22 -> getting LL (wont have money before as I only make 15k a year), finishing first book
23 -> Doing Genio, Rhino, lip lift and maybe something for the eyes (Surgerymaxxing with salary), finishing second book during LL (I mean writing book)
24 -> Finishing uni, travelling a little bit after.
24.5 -> Maybe making a short movie with my friends idk.
25 -> Workmaxxing and saving so i can buy some appartment after one-two years. With my finished degree I should be able to make 2.5-3k a month so i can buy an apparment after 1-2 years
26 -> traveling some more.
27-30. Idk investing, maybe reducing working hours to 30 and then just work 3x 10 hours and enjoying life till 30.
At 30 i should be able to take over business from my parents or idk do some other shit

Does this plan mog or not?
