Brow ridge is important for bimax advancements and forward growth as it would look bad if the supra region is far back, and its also allows for greater infra region enchantments as it would look inharmonious to have bog malar and infras without any supra. I mean supra region is often the reference point in bimax planning. But side profile overall is kinds cope either way. Yes canthoplexy is probably safe, blepherobplasty doesnt makes sense for a guy
