Yeah, you might be right. I was 9% lowest felt like shit, 12% was bad, 15% was ok and 18% is where I feel the best. Still looks good but I can eat 3k+ kcals. I think I have eating disorder or shit like that.

disagree allot of people peak at 10-12% range ur probs drasitcally exaggerating how low ur bf percent is and other peoples are like most do and I did when I originally got into the gym.
