Howdy ya'll!
I have good news and bad news.
Usually people want to hear the bad news first. So ill start with that.
I have unfortunately been a bit mislead by the how "fast" fortunes on the forex market are made
I overestimated how much I was going to make and made a VERY rash decision to move to the sunshine state and max out my credit cards on expensive airbnb's and fancy food (because I'm going to make it all back VERY soon anyway... however. I was losing more than I was making (fast forward to today, I am now living in my car )
Now for the good news!
When I realized how deep of a rut I got myself into I got a gym membership and hired a coach. I would have NEVER done this (I thought that gyms and personal training was too expensive and I was postponing my membership until after I had made it BIG financially), however I realized that it was my rash, or irrationality that got me into this mess. So the only logical way to change my mind was through joining a gym and hiring a coach!
The gym changed more than my outlook on life. It helped me see and track how many calories I needed for my body to inflate muscle. I learned about Macros, and for the first time actually felt GOOD, a kind of runners high after eating and working out properly. Now before anyone says that this is just cope or I am doing pointless gymmaxxing, let me just say that is BESIDE the point. This "high" is a really good feeling and perspective that nobody else can see but you can FEEL. And just because you can't "prove" it or others can't see it doesn't mean you can use it just to feel good about being in your own skin, and use that motivation to motivate others!
Shoutout to @Zylk, @ToTheTop, @Gerardwayfan, @irrumator praetor, @spongebob, and @eren1 for hinting at gymmaxxing. Even if I don't end up looking like a Chad, the mental affect I get from working out is well worth it!
One thing I will say, is that finding a coach that will motivate you to push past what you are currently able to do is VERY important. I used to have a coach many years ago however we never clicked and there were no results. I was just going through the motions within my comfort zone. That kind of working out will NOT make you feel tired or sore, it just won't do anything...
One thing I did notice while lurking through the various posts is how often the the term NT and nonNT is being used. I want to understand what you guys mean by NT vs. nonNT (I often see one or the other being used as a positive or negative thing). I had no idea but I might be autistic. The reason I am coming to this realization is that I am VERY slow to catch on to the jokes or inuendos of others around me or especially at the gym. I am only becoming aware of this now, and would like to know what you guys are doing about changing this.
If I'm being completely honest sometimes I give the vibe of being "stoned" (I basically zone out) or my brain just goes on autopilot and I say the most random thing that pops into my head without any filter or context. This does NOT help me connect on a "normie" level of making friends or just engaging in small talk with strangers, if that makes any sense. @reputation, @Bitchwhipper2, @Gaia262, and @sevensources I need your input.
