Try d3+ zinc supplements with ur stack, make sure to also take biotin and pray gandhi 3 times a day that your head adapts to the surplus of good environmental factors. Persistence is key.
I See we have a connaisseur here, i personally only consume roquefort like this, just like a good mozzarelladi buffala : a good raw milk roquefort from l'aveyron is a full 3 michelin star meal. The taste is exquisite, the penicillium have to grow in specific caves which are perfect for its demands. It's the king of the cheese for a damn reason, stilton and gorgonzola are pale rip offs.
