Lifefuel for framecels?

I'm a death tier framecel so I'm going to try this out. Just max out chest. Apparently chest to waist ratio is also an attractiveness marker. Sucks to have Lizzo hip bones like me.



It's gonna be mostly cope but seems like its the best I can do.

chest is pretty much one of the least important muscles for attractiveness.

invest your time in neck and shoulders instead.
 
I dont know how smart training neck as a giga framecel is. Will make my bidelt look even smaller

neck should only be exercised in moderation since i heard it may cause sleep apnea/other problems

i pretty much haven't explicitly hit shoulders for some 6 months and my shoulders are i'd say still decently well developed just from working out other muscle groups such as pullups, pushups etc... so you don't need to work them out or at least invest significant amounts of time onto them
