if your nose tip mostly is due to thick skin, you can apply accutane to it to reduce it.

If you have acne on your nose Accutane will help, otherwise I don't think so.

Accutane is a brand name of isotretinoin. You mean tretinoin.

the stratus corneum is just the flaky top layer of skin, i.e. already thin area. also retin-a thins this area out too
