No, absolutely not most women. What you’re describing really only happens for ugly girls, any girl average and up is used to being given that sort of attention for literally their entire lives and thus feel nothing about it, no ego boost or anything.

Ugly girls get that sort of attention MUCH less often so when they go online where guys shoot their shot at literally anything just looking for something to stick, it can go to their heads if they don’t know what’s going on. going as low as 50% would even be extreme, the vast majority of relationships you'll see are mtbs with mtns.
