I just got of the phone call with the local ortho cuck.
This nigga told me that MSE is pretty much necessary in my case and will yield great results.
Also, he told me that the maxfac will have no problem performing a LEFORT 2 on me

He didnt recommend it to me.
I asked whether or not the maxfac would be comfortable going beyond lf1,
he said he'd have no problem doing lf2 or lf3 but I doubt I need lf3 because Im not that deformed, though Im still thinking about it.

Because my palate is narrow as fuck, which in turn causes bad teeth.
Also mse has a lot of aesthetic and health benefits.
I spoke to some people who had it done and they literally told me that they had a much easier time breathing after their sutures cracked

Get mse as well while you're at it.
Everybody benefits from a wider palate and you cant do it after bimax for obvious reasons.
Also do your research and make sure your maxfac isnt bluepilled, otherwise he will cuck you by doing some retarded tiny adjustment that isnt going to have any real benefits in the long run.

maybe, I cant even see my front teeth when smiling fully. However doesnt MSE make your face wider? My face is literally so wide it's like hernan dragos/daniel dae kim width due to my skull deformity the accident made the bone mass go to the sides of my skull which have enormous bone mass there causing the bone to also go to the ramus, and it made my forehead sloped because it needed to fill in the spot where it was impacted in the middle of the skull.

Yea MSE does make your face a bit wider but it varies on case by case basis, it can also make your zygos more prominent, which is a huge lifefuel for me. What accident did you have btw?

fell on the roof when I was 6, and due to children's skull being not hard I fell on the middle of my skull and made a huge bump so if you touched my skull you'd feel the bump and it caused the bone to abnormally develop. During my childhood it gave me trauma and feelings of being not normal and being blackpilled at age 6 I would always compare myself to other people with their normal bone development making me feel like an outcast, it made me a quiet person and it made me overthink like "Oh this guy is talking to me because I'm ugly" or "This guy looks weird" and these thoughts kept happening kindergarden through highschool causing me to get depression/anxiety/BDD. I didn't get help because I was scared of getting help, and it made me regretful because of my stupid decisions like if I had help early on with an ortho/craniofacial specialist would I look better today? Trust me no one's more fucked up on the forum than me I've never had any friends or talked to a girl due to me being inside all the time. Some girls called me cute/attractive in highschool but the thoughts early in my life affected my personality. My regret is not getting help from a specialist who knows skull deformities and my skull would've developed better. My forehead recessed at 17 due to maturation puberty and everytime I go to the mirror I can see recession everyday also the back of my head is flat. It makes me mad that my parents have great forward growth, my brother is good looking and it made me frustrated/stressed everyday. My only saving grace is that I would've been good looking due to my genetic base and ratios, plus the accident made me have a wider skull horizontally and my however my zygos and jaw is wider than my forehead which is weird.

yeah it's shaped weirdly its wider than my face which throws off harmony looks like block shaped, yeah my upper midface is recessed my eyes are bulging and it gave me eye hooding which makes me look asian
