Yes everything is slightly recessed and downward grown, including your midface. That's why you have a negative orbital vector and very bad undereye support.

your maxilla is average, the reason for your undereye is either recessed orbitals or lack of fat (common in Indians).

Look up tear troughs and see if that is similar to what you have. Fillers are an easy fix for those.
