Thread OST (Always remember Nigga, I’m the one who invented this 2 year ago.)
My plan will consist on 3 major things:
• Healthmaxxing (mentally and physically)
• MoneyMaxxing
• Gymmaxxing/Looksmaxxing
Current Stats:
• LTN, Broke, Mentally Unstable.
Plan:
• HealthMaxxing:
• I will start by fixing my sleep schedule and getting at least 8h of sleep per night.
• Quitting Smoking: I will decrease my Daily Consumption to 3 cigs (from the current 5/6/7 cigs a day) and continue to decrease it every 2 days until I reach 0.
• I will stop eating all types of sugars if not natural and stop eating goyslop.
• Shower once a Day.
• Meditate 10 minutes daily.
• Journal my feelings daily and understanding how my mind works + Gratitude Journaling everyday in the morning.
• I will stop watching porn and gooning.
• Gymmaxxing:
• I will start training daily, create a routine for weight training at home and increase the intensity weekly.
• I’ll count my calories and eat on maintenance until my metabolism return to normal (I’m starving myself now and I’m fat at 20/25% bf)
• I will start with 5k steps and increase by 1k steps every 2 days until I reach 10k steps daily, building up resistance.
• I will stretch for 10/15 minutes daily after my workouts to keep my mobility high (baki hanma type shit)
• I will keep my looksmaxxing regime high, by doing my skin care and hair care everyday.
• I’m gonna start micro needling my scalp and search for way to reduce my eye bag/dark undereye (no bonez yes)
• Moneymaxxing:
• I’m going to allocate 5 hours daily to moneymaxxing regardless of how I’m feeling, to have a set standard for my work load.
• I’m gonna focus a lot more deeply into my work and come up with new strategies to maximize my income and productivity.
• I’m going to finish my work before rotting on here or any other social media or entertainment.

All of these are going to serve me to basically increase my vibration and conquer myself and the world.
I do not want to entertain negative thoughts and I wanna to maximize my brain to be fully positive at all times.
By having a healthy brain you can have everything in life, and my brain can’t properly work if all the signals I’m sending to it are indicating that I’m a complete loser (smoking, eating goyslop, porn, rotting)
Once I’ll be lean and look MTN again, I’ll start going out more and socialize network more.
I will try to stick to this plan religiously and write it down and hang it by my desk so I can see it daily and follow it.
Stop rotting here and take matters into your hands.
