Even though i hate the gym and think it’s gay i have started going to the gym because i need muscles to ascend i did chest, triceps and shoulders today. Tried going for a pr my first time and made it to 50 kg is that good or bad? I’m skinny like 75 kg at 6’5.

My bro told me it was good for the first time benching with no training at all.

Is my Strenght potential dogshit or good?

What exersize? Bench? deadlift? So many questions. I was also stronger than u @ 18 in my PR first bench I did 93kg

For bench that’s weak, most men can do 65kg first try. Get stronger brah

50 kg bench press is pretty strong for a beginner tbh. Most people start with the bar
