Even though i hate the gym and think it’s gay i have started going to the gym because i need muscles to ascend i did chest, triceps and shoulders today. Tried going for a pr my first time and made it to 50 kg is that good or bad? I’m skinny like 75 kg at 6’5.
My bro told me it was good for the first time benching with no training at all.
