If you're 5' 9-10 like me, which is a common height, there IS hope for you. Yes, the height is shitty, I live daily as a 5' 9.5" guy and always wish I was 6' 0/1" instead. HOWEVER, if you are in this range it isn't over for you height-wise. I'd even argue you could go as low as a weak 5' 8" before it's truly a detriment to your everyday life. I just ordered another pair of ankle-height boots and more lifts, and have practiced walking in my boots, maxing the amount of lift I can handle in the boot. My boots give 1.25in of height, and the lifts give 1.5in (one main section and two smaller, and an additional old gel shoe sole below that). Total, the boots add 2.75" and I can comfortably walk in them. Wearing them with long pants, you can't even see the lift I have, let alone when I have practiced a normal gate and posture when walking and standing. 2.75in of height brings me to 6' 0.25", minus .75in for normie shoes that everyone else wears, 5' 11.5" barefoot height fraud. TWO inches. This is huge as since 5' 9.5" is average (if you're in the US like me) you go from 50th to 75th percentile height-wise. AND you can claim 6' as you are within .5 inches of it and not have to worry about getting called out. A guy even as short as a weak 5' 8" would benefit from this, as he goes to slightly above average ~5' 10" and isn't too short for people to notice the height increase. The only place you can't get this huge increase in the gym, where you can only wear sneakers and a bit of lift. But you only lose an inch, and people aren't likely to notice. This strategy is more for parties, social outings, and impressions, which matter the most.

Fucking wear them, they do make a difference. Especially if your body frame looks better with height like mine. I've noticed a difference in the way I'm treated when I have those extra 2-2.5 inches.

2.5 inch of Lift? That’s a lot, wouldn’t even fit in any of my shoes. I’m currently walking on 1.5 inch

We need more discussions about looksmaxxing and strategies for it on this site. There's too much LDARing nowadays. And yeah this is pretty basic, but I feel like too many people overlook lifts without trying them. I thought they were stupid and then I tried them three months ago, and I haven't gone back sense-I'm hooked.

Agreed, I am 5'9 and I do not notice any height discrimination. But whenever I wear lifts people seem to respect me more and I get a lot of "you look good!" comments. Once clubs open up I can't wait to try 2.7" lifts.

Just over 1.5 inches of actual lift in my boots. Thats 7cm/2.75in of lift sections (lifts only give a percent of their advertized height). You need to find shoes that they fit in, like airmaxxes or high top sneakers with a thick base. Boots are always the best for lifts.

Lol Idk how amnesia handles FOUR inches. I can barely do 2.75 after months of practice. He's a true ascended looksmaxxer. He's also my height tho, which is lifefuel for guys like me and motivates me to try to lift further.

you could prob get away with frauding 3 inches. just 1.25 for boots seems low considering you can fit the same sized lifts in normal shoes

Yep. Women wear heels, so why can't we wear lifts? Perfectly fair. And in a club height and frame/muscle are HUGE. I agree, 5 9-10 is not a bad height, but definitely not good. Those 2-3inches are the difference between looking average and having a solid halo, bumping up your SMV .5-1 points.

He fucking wears elevator shoes not lifts, elevators are not uncomfortable to wear tho the only downside is the limited boring shoe designs tbh

Exactly. Absolutely 0 reason not to wear lifts. Girls get makeup to hide their flaws, we get to boost our height

Yeah but they still have some built in lift, and he also puts in more. He has around 2.25 inches in there, which is crazy. I only have 1.5.

Nothing good as some timberlands with some lifts son

No lift for face, it’s over

Is it worth it if I'm already 5'11.5 barefoot?

Absolutely. Ideal male height is 6' 1" barefoot, or 6' 2" in shoes based on many studies, although some autists here will tell you you need to be a 6' 6" hulk. So get to 6'2" - 6' 3" in shoes and you're literally in the ideal zone for height.
