JFL at people who do strength circuits. Things like bench deadlift squat numbers are completely useless. 225 being the entry-level bench number for gym bros is completely arbitrary and has no purpose outside of impressing other dudes
Train like a bodybuilder and aim to grow muscle, you'll still become stronger than 99% of the population and gain strength over time while sculpting a physique. Only caveat to this is if ur an athlete
