How do I prevent myself from burning out too early? On my second set I barely finish, and 3rd set I can only do like 3 reps. Now I know I could just do a lighter weight but aren’t you supposed to lift heavy? I feel like if I go any lighter it’s too easy.

What are you working out? stamina is also genetic's some just have bad endurance, I have good stamina used to play football running allot Mountain biking etc .

need to build it up, or take pre workout.
 
You are probably using too much weight. Is your form perfect on all your sets? If not it's better to go lighter and do the exercice correctly.
 
Start doing cardio. I was a swimmer for 10.5 years until college and my muscular endurance is still intact
