All the studies show that a low calorie/low protein diet+fasting are the key to a long lifespan
THE GOAL IS LESS mTor activation.
BEFORE BEING A RETARD AND SAYING ,,MUH I WANT TO LOOK GOOD YOUNG , WHO CARE ABOUT 40 and shit like that ''KEEP THAT IN MIND--> read below
A long lifespan = aging slowly overall because a slow metabolism=everything that it's happening inside you will be slower = skin/bone aging or degradation
Following a low calorie diet + regular fasting will keep you looking very young even at 50+
All gymbros look older than their age,
they have no chance to look younger because you need to eat more calories/protein to keep the muscle, not even talking about the stress that create oxidative stress + cortisol.
Not even talking about the facial expressions that you make when you lift that create wrinkles
Low calories, fasting, lack of sun and less facial expressions will keep you young enough and hopefully we will be able to have the technology for anti aging in the future

“All the studies…”

Proceeds to rant like a troon for several paragraphs.

Lists no studies to support weak argument.

Low calorie diet is misleading. If you're a 6'4 guy, you can't be eating 1500 calories and expect to get all your required nutrients. If you are a healthy weight and slim, you should eat to maintain, not lose or gain weight. Fasting i kinda agree although i am torn on IF or prolonged water fasts e.g. 3 day water fasts every 2 weeks or so. There's studies saying advanced autophagy only truly begins after the 72h mark but there's also studies showing IF actually does more harm than good in the sense that it can slow down gut motility/metabolism/etc.
I think the real answer is somewhere in between, i do agree going to the gym 5x a week is overkill and will age you. Going 2-3x a week with light to moderate weight training just to maintain good muscle strength/flexibility/health + some cardio will be beneficial for you. If you do nothing but rot all day, your body will decay and you will get health issues.
Bulking/Cutting cycles that gymbros do will put a lot of stress/oxidative stress on the body and overall accelerate ageing.
Still i am not completely against the idea of gymcelling, being a lean muscular fit guy will help even if it cuts off a few years from you looking young at 40+. It's worth it but most gymcels over do it.
As a man you cannot just be some skinny twink with no strength or means to defend himself, you just can't. Part of being a man is having strength and the ability to defend yourself and your family and that requires some level of physical strength/capabilities and that is usually built by eating enough protein and having some muscle, again you don't have to over-do it but to say a low protein diet is ideal is just plain wrong for guys. Protein helps in many ways, not just muscle building/repair. Look at vegans, they barely get any protein since plant protein cannot be absorbed and their collagen is severely depleted, they look far older than their age face/body wise compared to a moderate to semi-high protein diet. Protein leads to collagen synthesis. Your jewish studies claiming low protein is ideal are laughable tbh.
