Been lifting for two months and seeing results, but lately I have been feeling pretty lethargic and not sure what to do at this point. Was planning on taking a week off , but don’t wanna get out of my routine. Anyone else gone through this before?

It's over if you have to go to the gym

Results should be your motivation. You've been able to see progress after only 2 months? Imagine what could achieve in 12 months if you fully dedicated yourself towards it. Set up a schedule of when and how late you are going to to the gym and stick to it every single week.

How often should I switch up my routine

It depends on how it makes you feel and what your goals are at the end of the day tbh. Sometimes you don't really need to switch things up at all, as long as they are giving you the results you are looking for (which in turn, give you adequate motivation to keep going). But if your discipline/motivation relies heavily on switching things up constantly and you get unmotivated/lethargic if you don't, switching up your routine becomes much more of a necessity. See what works best for you.

add some variety, and stimulants like coffee nicotine, 1.3 dmaa train however you want, I don't train low reps heavy weight cuz it's boring and just do higher rep bodybuilding/endurance shit

Im going on a cut soon to maintain 12-15% bodyfat idk how sustainable that will be

I’ve been using the same routine for the entire 2 months to that’s probably to problem right there

Yeah it looks like a change would greatly benefit you otherwise you wouldn't complain about being lethargic rn. I'm sure you'll pull it off, GL.

The routine is not the issue, need to start adding in more volume if ur stalling, whether it's by reps or more weight. If you can't recover between sessions then your diet or programming is the issue, or both.
