Not only do 99% of them feel uncomfortable and hurt your heels after an hour, there's a another issue.
The issue with lifts is that they lift your heels up higher than the rest of your feet (makes sense), this causes your posture to become imbalanced and inevitably this will get you to end up with forward head posture, slouched shoulders etc. This all then leads to looking shorter since ur less straight, which is literally what lifts are meant to help with.
