I wear lifts and they are hurting my feet and my posture. I get from 6'0 to 6'1. it barely makes a difference. I have a colleague who is slightly taller, so therefore he is 6'1. If I'm wearing lifts we are the same height, if I'm not, he is slightly but unnoticable taller.
Like, it only shows if we stand next to each other straighten up, but in motion, if someone is slouching a lil bit etc. there is no difference.

So lifts are completely useless. If you are a manlet don't consider lifts. It does nothing for you. The only reason to consider it maybe is if you are 5'9/5'10 and want to go to 5'11/6'0. But even then it doesn't matter.

It's 6'3+ or over anyways.

how do they hurt your feet?

It also causes bad posture and spine issues so you’ll actually get shorter jfl

How u do 3 inches daily???

Timberland boots add 1.5 and are extremely NT.

Add like 2 layers of lifts to that and boom, 3.33 inch increase measured.
And when it’s the summer ? Wear shorts with timberlands ?

I always wear pants whether it’s summer or not. It’s normal to wear pants in the summer

I can't wear timbs cos I live in hk and sea.
Maybe jordan 1 and then 2 layers

Lifts are only cope for manlets like myself.

Weirdly enough it's the opposite. When I wear lifts I have better posture especially when doing heavy lifting at work. It like squat shoes that elevate your feet into a better position so you dont ruin you back. I mostly wear lift socks? cause my doctor advised since I lack ankle mobility.

What do you do if you go to the beach or someone’s house ? Do you use sock lifts ?

air forces and jordans increase height by quiet a lot even most running shoes increase your height by and inch or two. You want to avoid flat shoes like converse or vans if your main goal is to look tall

Most zoomers already wear those shoes so relative to everyone else, you won’t get any height

first things first: you claiming you height in shoes, but everybody is wearing them. whether it's some kind of nike air max, or timbalands, almost every zoomer wears shoes with 1.5 inch so I wouldn't even count that in.

secondly: therefore the "true" height you have gained in comparison to everyone else is just a bit over 1.5 inch, so in real life you appear 5'9, barely 5'10 instead of 5'8. jfl if you think that makes any difference.

if a women spots you she will still think you are short or average, wheter you wearing them or not. there are more than enough dudes who still easily tower over you, who are 6'0+ barefeet.

Lifts are useless. LL or suicide/death are your only choices.

these ones? rob paul from celebheights made a vid on these and said they compress to half the advertised height, 1 layer gives only 0.7" and the full 4 layers give like 1.7" apparently.

Yes these. They don’t “compress” it’s a myth. The reason it doesn’t give as much as advertised is because they measure the top of the heel and claim that’s how much it gives you.

Never got spine issues from it. Only my feet hurts, but I still wear them because i’m an utter autist and want be 6’3 instead of 6’2 (in shoes).

Uhh, no. You’re overthinking it

Typical NT shoes add 0.75-1 inch of height.

Therefore I would be appearing around 5’10.5 if I am 5’11.33 in my lifts.

I have many peers that are 5’11 naturally and we are the same height. I also have many peers that are 5’9 and I am comparatively 2 inches taller than them. You get the memo

I also asked multiple people to guess my height and they all said 5’11-6’0 in the lifts.
