One problem with elevator shoes or lifts is that when you take them off, you immediately lose height. Just imagine that you go to someone's house, to a party or something, and when you take your shoes off, everybody will be like: "WTF??!". Or maybe you bring a girl to your house, you take her to the bedroom, and when she sees that you are actually shorter without your shoes, she will immediately be turned off.
The solution is these insoles or lifts that you actually wear inside your socks, so when you take off your shoes, you don't lose much height. There all sort of models sold online on Amazon and other websites, the only problem seem to be that they aren't very comfortable judging by what most reviews claim, so you might want to experiment first with these insoles to see which one fit you the best.

I'm using lifts and I already have many problems. If I had the chance I can't go to a spa, a romantic trip, the beach because they'll see my height lol.

Yeah, but how many times do you realistically go to the beach, spa, pool, etc. if you live in a place where there are no beaches you don't have to worry about this, also very few people have pools and spas, or maybe you could wear some swim sandals, swim shoes, swim fins, there all sorts of footwear items.

Yep, I looked into it a bit. She gained 1 inch (5'2" to 5'3") from them. Couldn't find too much information about the procedure but I'm sure it's out there
