I literally never see anyone even 6'7 on the street, like one every few weeks.

Can a 6'4 guy wear lifts to 6'8? Even 6'6 kinda small @arabcelxxx

No, even with glucosamine (+.8-1.2 inches) and 2 inches from lifts and tall insole shoes(more looks obvious and isnt worth looming tryhard) youd only get to 6’7 range and only be perceived as 6’6 cause everyone is 1 inch taller with shoes.
