Light is so fast it can travel through earth 7.5 times in a second

Our vision is based on it so everything u see happening requires light to travel but since it’s so fast basically anything u could possibly see happen is instant

Yet in space there are things millions of light years away so when u look up at the sky the stars u see some of them might not even exsist anymore

It’s so far away light takes so long to travel that it’s being viewed the way it was millions of years ago

We would have to pull off some interstellar shit (impossible tbh) or go on 100s of thousands of years longs trips throughout the cosmos to do that might be possible millions of years from now with more advanced forms of energies but we nowhere close rn.
