lighten lip colour

my upper lip and the corners are darker than my bottom, how can i fix this to get the same colour, this is one reason people think im indian, I've tried a lot but it not lighting enough to reach the same colour as lower lip

my bottom lip is pink, sometimes very pink, it looks really good tbh
