Linear crossbite, mse, bsso, or bimax?

I have a linear crossbite like a crossbite but also kind of an overbite. I was thinking if it was worth it to get bsso or bimax (f mse tbh) but i have ortho consultation soon. I look fine but I am slightly asymmetric and bsso or bimax would help. I’m just not sure if it’s worth it, like 2-3 years when I’m in my prime of slaying girls rn you know? I don’t want to waste it and Pre surgical procedures may make me look worse before it gets better. I’ve attached pics.
