i did this as well , u dont wanna overfill it all in one session , gradual results spaced out will give him the best natrual result tbh

you'd need a custom commissure like this, something that addresses the mouth width and thin lips

sadly there arent many softmaxxes for lips

you could start puffing out your lips ig

start chewing asap tbh, you'd get a good ROI with that

I’m saving up for a hair transplant slowly on the chance that my current plan for treating my hair doesn’t work so seeing as how lip filler is relatively cheap as it stands it’s either that or nothing. If I can’t fix my lips or mouth ig I’ll just work on getting to 10% bf and getting tan and then working from there.
