I had a flat philtrum but working on lip functionality, lip seal and stuff like that made it a bit convex?
I had an obtuse nasolabial(136° brutal af) but now it's 115°(still bad) which is insanely better just from lip functionality. This involved proper posture and a better lip seal, taking care of the allergies I had so that I could breathe better.
I don't think I magically changed any bone but what I think happened is that it restored back to the default on which it was always meant to be(my family doesn't have a flat philtrum).

I did go to an Ortho and she told me there isn't a way to fix it besides surgery and soft tissue manipulation but I called BS. If most of your family has a certain feature and you lack it, there's much reason to believe that it's due to compromised developmental and habitual factors so looking into that can help a ton.

Anyone have any good resources on functions like these? Makes you wonder what else is bad due to bad habits and compromised muscles which result in deviations from naturally predisposed features.
