Ideally, you want your lips to be wide and, at the least, not paper thin.

Chico’s lips are quite good and are ideal for his face.

Lip work tends to look gay on men because of the protrusion of the lips, and thick lips often don’t suit their pheno.

O’Pry has the same protrusion so his lips look feminine, but it suits him since he has the forward growth to back it up.

all of them have really nice lips but i'm expecting the fact pheno/lips thing.
it must be harmonius for the face.

however, having manly big lips always a good trait on any face.
so that's what i'm trying to do for myself.
I just try to understand lip movements and shape better to get a custom implant in it.
i have a thin upper lip while a thick lower lip. so it's an incel trait as you can imagine.

IMO it's one of those features that looks terrible if it's not perfectly natural-looking. If you have a decent maxilla and jaws, you should have decent lips.
