depends on philtrum length. if you have already short philtrum, than you might end up with a shitty face if you have lip lift. also in general it looks gay tbh. just google lip lift men.

Yes my phultrum is fine, it's my nose that is long

But when I lift my lip up to sort of make a half pouting motion, it kind of looks more compact and better

i was interested in lip lift too. however it's too risky. ended up looking like a twink is a death sentence tbh. need further understanding on that.

It depends on your current philtrum and nose length:

You can morph yourself to see if you look better with a shorter philtrum, if you do then get a subnasal lip lift to shorten it.
