Lip Lift Question (Pics Included)

Which lip lift augmentation would better suit my case?
1. Bullhorn lip lift (I'm pretty sure this one makes the upper lip appear taller/bigger)
2. Subnasal bullhorn lip lift (I'm pretty sure this one doesn't change the upper lip much)

I haven't ran measurements yet.
Which is the best way to most accurately measure chin to philtrum ratio?
If this does thread doesn't get much attention I might have to post in LM questions sub forum instead - hopefully high IQ surgery users reply to this one.
Also, I'm fairly new in terms of how this surgery works, so don't mind me if I'm getting shit wrong.

Faceiqlabs has every ratio, there might be threads on here which include the perfect ratios (not the one in BOTB those are shitty ratios), if you cant find the perfect ratios measure them yourself. After that you take a pic from your face without distortion and then you compare yours to the perfect ratios. Then you know which variant suits you better.

Sure thing. I followed the instructions on how to take pics without distortion and that pic there was the best one with least distortion. I also did a vertical flip so its inverted. Without an exact idea of how lifted it should be, should I make the upper lip bigger or just shorten the philtrum without altering upper lip size? Thanks.

You have to thats why you should calculate the ratios yourself or maybe you find them in a youtube vid where he rates someone. Without knowing id say you don’t need a bigger upper lip but its kinda droopy at the side.

Shorter philtrum almost always looks better, ratios be dammed. Plus it gets longer with age anyways, so just saving you money later.

IDK what you mean by "subnasal" bullhorn lip lift. all lip bullhorn lip lift are subnasal.

I mean the upper lip is altered as a 2ndary effect of the philtrum shortening. It’ll get a bit bigger regardles of any effect but afaik this is kind of a minor effect.

The only way to mange it is to shorten the philtrum less, but as it’s a minimal effect I wouldn’t worry about it that much. You can always bring it up with the surgeon too.
