I'm not sure. I don't, know if it's just filler that needs to be done or something else. They are quite oddly shaped. Just don't rush into any surgery, do a lot of research first. Get someone to morph you with a mouth that is slightly wider and with fixed lips. 100% your issues are fixable with surgery.

I dont mean they look too odd. I just don't know how filler would be. I don't know if blowing them up with filler would be the right thing to do. I just know that it could definitely be better.

His lips could be narrow but have a normal mouth. I face that same problem, normal palette and dental development but my mouth to nose ratio is around 1.35.

that's what I am referring to. Eppley does a mouth widening surgery that only deals with the soft tissues. I'm sure other doctors do it too.
