Some people say eye area is the most important feature in face, some that lower third, but nobody talks about lips. Now i have few reasons that lips/mouth area is one of the most if not the most important feature on face.
1.Kissible lips
-everybody wants to be kissable, everybody wants long romantic kisses and ugly mouth can destroy your dreams and if jb's don't want to kiss you it's over

2. Fwhr, midface ratio horse face
-even if you have good bizygomatic width and ipd long midface can destroy this ratios
For example:

-now imagine Jeremy with lips twice as small and philtrum twice as big and yes he would still have good midface but not god tier
-now look at your face and if you have long midface/philtrum and thin lips go for lip lift

3.Chin to philtrum
-again maybe your chin isn't to short, but your philtrum is to long
-my philtrum is around 18mm, and it look subhuman on me, again lip lift is must have

4.Mouth width
-to narrow mouth can make your face look dumb and nose to wide

As you see narrow thin lips CAN ruin face. Of couse there's a lot of goodlooking people with thin lips, but if you don't have god tier midface and chin you can balance things out with lips. For me when i get money (around 20yo if everything goes well) lip lift and mouth widening are first surgeries that i will get.

Facial harmony depends on lips very much. Philtrum lenght, mouth width, without this you can't have good harmony

I think you can do it with gull wing lift. Basicli you can do hole lips with one surgery

I agree completely, lips are the third most important feature after mandible and eyes.
When I start working I will get upper lip fillers to see if I look better, in this case I will have a lipofilling there.

Furthermore I'm considering non surgical mouth widening because my mouth is too narrow compared to the inerpulillary distance.
for the mouth widening you just need a piece of plastic which enlarges the mouth

My ex would ALWAYS comment on how nice my lips are. I have medium thick lips with the top one being maybe 1mm less thick, and a very pronounced cupids bow if you type in cupids bow lips on Google they're about as pronounced probably even more so than most the images.

Also people have said I have good harmony. So I think it's possible that lips plays a major part in harmony. The only problem with my lips are width, I think wide mouth looks much better than small width but I don't necessarily think width is as important in harmony as lip thickness and shape.
