It could be Actinic cheilitis but that is precancerous and very rare. It's more likely that you have a lack of collagen or dermatitis. To fix this, use gentle exfoliation which helps remove dead skin cells, allowing moisturizers to penetrate more effectively. But it's important to ensure that we are not over exfoliating our skin. Use moisturizers, lotions, or oils around the skin. Licking your lips can also cause this as well.View attachment 3208270
