People hit their face with hammers because it causes microfractures and prompts the bone to remodel, externally thickening. U typically hit face until it swells, cover with makeup. Niggas trying too hard. - I am not hitting my face with hammers

Bonesmashing works, but I don't wanna do it because it hurts. Also the risk of asymmetry from hitting with unequal force.

LIPUS (Low-Intensity Pulsed Ultrasound.) People don't really know why it effects bones but it does.

Medical use is to accelerate healing of bone fractures

LIPUS acts as a MECHANICAL signal prompting growth in bones. Keyword being mechanical. Bone & muscle grows through mechanical tension/stress so a passive albeit less significant than "bonesmashing" way to stimulate external remodeling is worth looking into.

More medical backing, less side effects/risk, no risk of asymmetric growth

Sourcing a machine? Like $1k I think lmao.

Medical use is 20mins ED. Maybe 20min AM PM to signal mechanotransduction at desired area 2x/day.

Note, mechanotransduction is the conversion mechanical stimuli (mewing, pushups, basically any stress) into electrochemical signaling in the body which then prompts growth.

The mechanism is actually well understood, it delivers non-thermal acoustic waves that stimulate mechanotransduction in bone cells

LIPUS promotes repair of damaged bone.
How is it ”less significant than bonesmashing” when bonesmashing has zero evidence of working.
Also there is a risk of asymmetric growth.

bone smashing is beyond sped think of it as hammering in a nail the nail does get bigger but it becomes unequal in size and goes backwards so ur literally just recessing urself no point. not even that some bones in the face don’t even respond well to those forces and have very minimal growth whilst ur literally pushing the bone inwards. its idiotic unsafe unnatural and to say once more idiotic. anyways the average decent person doesn’t have bone mass issues they have structural issues so you’re not changing positioning of bones just adding on top which sometimes isn’t good.
