For me personally, I’d say
- neck training (100% ascends you)
-debloating (obviously)
-chewing (made my jaw appear stronger imo, some call it cope)
-tanning? Still on the fence but i think it’s good
-gym (sadly I’ve lost 25lbs since my peak, it helped my smv but I don’t have the genes)
-shaving facial hair AND ice pack face
- CHAPSTICK (+ points for strawberry tinted)
Things that didn’t do much for me
-eyebrow tinting
-1” shoe lifts
-mewing
-squinting (meh)
-buzz cut (terrible -10 smv)
-fringe haircut ( I can’t pull it)
