This is a list of BASS voices (which is the lowest voice type), not BARITONE voices (which is the 2nd lowest voice type). Baritones are fairly common while basses are extremely rare, only found among around 5% of the male population. It's probably as common as someone who's 6'6+ tall. Deep voices are commonly found among black and asian men. However, in my personal opinion, asian men have cooler, more robotic-sounding voices.
Fun fact: Voice is not just determined by the size of your vocal folds, but the size and shape of your chest, throat, skull, jaw, mouth, nose, etc. This is why deep voices are commonly found among men with large skulls (though not always the case). Asians/blacks also tend to have bigger jaw and nose width.
