Everything comes down to lack of bone mass and width for me, ngl I had already roped long time ago if I hadn't good pheno and proportions/harmony

Looks like i always had a big forehead. Even when i was 2-3 years old. But it became more visible in the last 1-2 years. I'm 24 now
 
Broken nose with THICK skin
Hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone
Slightly uneven eyes, fucks me on some pictures
 
Downward grown mandible -> Going to be getting CCW
Maxillary retrusion -> Bimax with the aforementioned CCW
Good chin height and shape -> Genio during the Bimax

Narrow palate -> MSE
Slightly narrow mandible lacking Bigonial Width -> If possible, after I heal from the Bimax, side wing?
I also need a slight bit more Zygos projection so modified ZSO and then finally Browridge implant+fat graft to limit UEE

A wider smile is lowkey a good half tbh. Also MSE has some very slight benefits to Zygos and the widening of the palate helps breathing a bit too. Overall, MSE is a good start to moderately improve your base before doing something like Bimax. And good luck to you too.

its not your nose jfl your entire bottom face is asymmetric & slanted to one side

but if I remember you, you're tall + good frame + face isn't awful so literally who cares

Probably also small palate but it's not that bad
Possibly chin and jaw could improve but they are great already
