Думаю у имплантов и рино будет более предсказуемый результат, это то, что обычно импользуют в эстетических целях. Но мне не нравится идея ходить с инородным телом в организме. Лефорт в теории обеспечит более натуральный пожизненный результат. Но невозможно предсказать как он будет выглядеть после операции.

Supraorbital and Infraorbital saddled implants, you can even have the infraorbital implant project your paranasal area as well.

With custom implants you can achieve results that are on par or better then a Lefort 2

If you were 6’2-6’4 with giga-wide shoulders and big ass physique I think you’d be a solid Chang since your body would compliment your semi-ogre Eurasian face.

But imo forget about Lefort 2 and look into custom saddled implants, not only is it more realistic and cheaper but you’d achieve superior results since the custom implants would also account for your face as a whole aesthetics wise

The risk is that you have to pay the doctor for an appointment and he just tells you that he's not going to give you a LF2.

It just doesn't happen. It's a highly-specialized and rare medical procedure, not an elective one.

No doctor will actually do a lefort 2 on you. Some crook will pretend to do one but just make some incisions and call it a day.
