List of surgeries I need

- Chin Wing with 1cm lateral projection
- Orbital decompression + infraorbital implants
- Undereye fat grafts
- Lip Filler

Softmaxxes I need to do:
- Gymcelling
- Hairmaxxing
- Teethmaxxing with bleeching + invisalign
- NTmaxxing with clothes amd "style"

Probably won't do orbital decompression and infraorbitals but everything else is scheduled. Just LOL at my life, being born in a way that I basically have to reconstruct my entire face and appearance.

i will have an Orbital box osteotomy with bilateral tripod osteotomies to double my facial height to width ratio and increase my palpebral fissure lenght and a 12 mm quandrangular modified Lefort 3 as describet by Dr. Sinn with a 10 mm Lefort I with 5 degrees of countreclockwise rotation and a mandibular BSSO with 3 inches of advancemend and chin wing osteotomy to create a hyper ant face which was discovered by Dr. Sailer who i can not afford to go to. Throw in an Almond eye surgery Dr. Taban style, meaning with lateral canthoplexy, lower lid retraction surgery and orbital decompression. Make me an aggressive wraparound jaw implant with exactly these specifications: 15 mm of lateral jaw angle augmentation with 6 mm horizontal augmentation to my ramus. Use Peek not silicone and remember to use 2 titanium screws on each side for fixation. As for the chin, recontour it to a wide square style.

You will very rarely see someone as aesthetic with masculine features as Francisco. You see beautiful women all the time and there's nothing admirable about being a pretty girl because it's so easily achievable and common. Beautiful men are an exception to the rule; something that should be admired, not only because of the beauty itself but the difficulty in achieving such beauty.

Well standards are different for me. Being 6'5 with a decent frame, NW0 black hair and green eyes (and 6.5 inch dick) makes me feel like I have an obligation to fix my mishappen face.

Tbh, bimax and some undereye filler will most likely be sufficient but for the sake of it I wanted to go full autist mode on this thread.

Ngl you could benefit from most of these as well especially once your fillers resolve and expose your subhuman (no offense) bones again.

I can’t let that happen, I will continue with fillers until I have the money for permanent surgery, I will get them dissolved, that’s why I use voluma and not radiesse
