Many of the ones you listed are easily fixable with basic surgeries, and therefore not that bad. unfixable failos, or failos that require retarded surgeries that no one will get (LF3, LL, etc) are very shit.

I'd say the worst overall failos are bad IPD, overly narrow/wide skull, bad pheno, and overly long/short nose.

This surely isn;t in order. Because long philtrum is nothing compared to others, same as thin lips, can look masculine and harmonic on some. if you are in Europe, or a European dominated country, or Africa, 5'5 and below is by far the worst.

I don’t really think any nose issue (aside from overly long/short) can be considered a failo when one of the most accessible, high success rate, safest surgeries in the world can fix any bulbousness, any projection issue, width issue, bridge issue, etc. Also, chin projection can be fixed pretty easily too. I’d argue that a bad maxilla is a much worse condition than a bad chin or a bad nose (the latter two usually follow from a bad maxilla anyway).

Quite difficult tho, i researched hunders of photos of rhinoplasty and found just 2 cases where nose was really shorten from the síce

Most of the time they just Up curve it, so that it looks shorter, but if you measure the size if the nose, it is roughtly the same

Brutal, i was Also looking at best surgeons and mostly turkish rhino, since they got big noses usually

I would argue the worst is recessed midface area. At least there is bimax for recessed jaws, but any advancement is limited by the rest of the face. Close set eyes should probably be added to the list.
