Cortisol and stress is only bad when you cant sleep properly

You can be very stressed but if you have a good night sleep you recover from the stress

I mean, it really depends on the person though doesn't it? Last year when I lived about a 45 minute drive from work I really enjoyed the drive. Gave me the right time and setting to listen to podcasts on the way to and from while going through the countryside. Weed, cigarettes, coffee, and lack of sleep never make me feel bad either.

Same with loud noises too. America is deafeningly quiet. I miss the bustle of third world high population cities in Asia. Motorbike horns, crowds, and firecrackers are soothing to me.
