My current stack:

Vitamin D3 15/20K IU.
Magnesium Glycinate/Oxide. 200mg/400mg.
K2 MK4. 5mg thrice a week.
Collagen Peptides 1 scoop.
Biotin 10K IU.
Omega 3 150mg.
Multivitamin that has plenty of vitamins, Wellman.

Hair: Minoxdil, Stemoxydine, Capixy.
Hair oil (rosemary, jojoba and others) as topicals.
Dermarolling 1.5mm weekly.
Biotin was listed above.

Looking to add:
MSM
Boron
Ashwaganda
SERIOUS MASS for gaining weight.

daily:
-multivitamin
-protein powder (20g)
-magnesium (187,5mg)
-collagen (5g)

occasionally:
-melatonin (0,3-0,6mg)
-phenibut (0.5-1g)
-ashwaghanda


i've used ON serious mass in the past and it's good if you're a skeleton but very unhealthy due to high amounts of sugar and makes your face bloated. also too expensive for what you get. you can make a mass gainer yourself that is not only cheaper but also healthier.

I currently take Aniracetam: 500mg, CDP Choline: 150mg, GABA: 500mg, Bacopa: 250 mg, Lions Mane: 500mg, Cordyceps: 500mg, Reishi: 500mg, Chaga: 500mg, NAC: 600mg and a small dosage of HCL creatine, mostly from nootropicsdepot. Sometimes I take modafinil from modafinia.

Taking this stack 5 days a week and using Phenibut: 600mg once over the weekend with a break from everything but the bacopa and gaba on Sundays.

Thinking about shifting choline source to Alpha GPC: 300mg.

My sleepmaxxing stack atm:

- Magnesium glycinate (350 mcg)
- Ashwagandha (1/2 teaspoon)

Magnesium glycinate is an insane supplement if you take 2-3 hrs before bed. Better sleep quality, deeper sleep, more eventful and vivid dreams, more energy in the morning.
Ashwagandha overall produces a calming effect and lowers stress

Maybe will add:
- taurine
- theanine
- glycine

For well-being:
vitamin d3 (4000 iu)
vitamin k2 mk7 (200 mcg)
iron (15 mg)

I also tried:
- magnesium citrate for sleep (didn't see effects)

Question btw, what effects did you see from 15-20k iu of vitamin d3 and why do you take it

Also easy with iron. Too much iron can fuck you up easily and if you eat red meat it will suffice tbh.

I personally take K2 MK4 5mg three times a week. Wbu?

And also do you supply calcium? Why not drinking milk?

200-300mcg everyday of k2 since i cant find more than a 500mcg in a tablet in internet. I might look deeper abt dat when i gonna run out of my 100mcg per tablet.
And im drinking milk, eggs all dat every day, just hyperdosing calcium
