To be able to do it in a reasonable timeframe and not be old as fuck when you retire you need

1 - A decent paying job
2 - To keep your living expenses relatively low, and not waste too much on frivolous shit like holidays/gaming pcs/weed
3 - Good credit to be able to get loans when you get a good opportunity to purchase large assets
