i wouldnt say so my maxilla is poorly developed, i have high gonial angle and short ramus and my cheekbones are long which gives me a hamster look

in the first pic im clenching my jaw not sucking my cheeks in but ive stopped doing that as you can see in the second pic also i think im a bit bloated in the second pic which also kinda helps in a weird way

Skin didn't change much tbh, good looking tho

pretty sure its permanent once the hairs become terminal
